Over the past 6 years, Kyle has helped people return to adventure, enhance athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and bounce back faster from aches, pains, and soreness. Without having to rely on excessive medications or surgery.
Like many of his clients, Kyle is an avid runner, traveler, and go-getter. He does not like being slowed down by pain or weakness and therefore studied Kinesiology at Miami University and Physical Therapy at The Ohio State University. Plus countless hours in self-study to learn how to help people ease pain, recover faster, and live the longest most fruitful life possible.
As a double PK (pastors kid), he appreciates that each of us has been granted unique gifts that are best expressed when we have a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
This carries over into how he cares for each of his clients. Instead of stopping at the bare minimum and leaving patients susceptible to future injuries and discomfort, Bridge R&P takes a different approach.
We take a holistic approach, addressing root causes by using various manual techniques, corrective exercises, and health coaching to achieve superior results.
